Andrea Truini True is a Licensed Medicare Agent and leads Allied's TransitionReady program, helping individuals and families navigate important healthcare and life transitions with clarity and confidence. She holds a CAPS (Certified Aging in Place) certification as well as a Gerontology certification, further supporting her expertise in guiding clients through aging and care-related decisions.
As Director of Communications, she oversees client events, community service initiatives, and firm-wide marketing efforts. With a career spanning multiple industries, Andrea’s work has consistently focused on client care and clear, effective communication.
She earned her Master of Science in Management from Nazareth College and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from The University of Dayton.
Beyond her professional role, Andrea is deeply committed to her community. She has served on the Board of the Small Business Council of Rochester, is an active member of the Pittsford PTSA, leads a Girl Scout troop, and fosters kittens at Lollypop Farm.
