AFP will cover costs associated with continuing education mandated by NYS and AICPA.  For licensed staff, we will pay for required continuing education for the license.

With prior approval, our firm will pay for authorized classes to maintain or improve an individual’s skills, including CPA exam preparation courses.

AFP offers a bonus program based on employee progress  and the success of the firm. Staff may elect to take their bonus either monetarily, as time off, or as a combination of the two.

To encourage the overall health of our employees, AFP offers a quarterly health club benefit to employees who meet the visit requirement.
